What you'll be able to do.

  • Create using a project in Design Space.

  • Explore different materials and corresponding cut settings

  • Use Cricut Scoring Tools

  • Assemble and finish ornaments

  • Showcase your work through sharing

What you'll need.

  • Cricut cutting machine 

  • Blue LightGrip Machine Mat to fit Cricut machine

  • 12x12 Cardstock in Gold Shimmer & Ivory Shimmer (65-80 lb.)

  • Scoring Stylus or Single Scoring Wheel (for Maker)

  • Sheer ribbon

  • Baker's twine

  • Scissors

  • Paper adhesive

  • Single small bead to coordinate with cardstock

  • Small stick-on pearls (optional)

I've been crafting for over 30 years and love working with paper crafting, sewing, needlework, mixed media, jewelry, gardening, home decor... it's easier to tell you what I don't do - quilting and canvas painting! My early passion for color and texture led to a career in Fashion Design. I love the ah-ha moments when crafters master a skill and are ready to tackle the next idea!

I'm Danny, and I started crafting 15 years ago when I threw my first themed party for friends. I wanted to create my own party favors and decorations. After that experience, I was hooked! Now, paper crafts are my specialty, and I teach others because seeing their faces light up with joy and excitement over the project they have just created is the best feeling.
